Tabletop Titans Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to enjoy your Tabletop Titans experience. If there's ever an issue with your order, we're here to help.

Faulty Items

All Tabletop Titans products come with a 30-day return window for faulty or defective items.

An item is considered faulty if:

  • Key pieces of evidence are missing from the sealed wallet despite being listed on the checklist.
  • Documents are misprinted, unreadable, or physically damaged upon arrival.
  • The game arrives unsealed or tampered with before delivery.
If you believe your game is faulty, contact us at support@tabletop-titan.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and details.

Non-Returnable Once Opened

Because this is a sealed investigative mystery, the following conditions make the game non-returnable:

  • The outer seal has been broken.
  • The evidence bag or paper wallet has been opened or tampered with.
  • The game has been played, partially solved, or unfolded in any way.
Due to the nature of mystery games, once opened, the experience cannot be resold or reset.

Unused / Unwanted Returns (Sealed Only)

If your item is still sealed and unused, and you change your mind within 30 days of delivery, you may return it for a full refund.

  • Return postage costs are the responsibility of the buyer (unless the item is faulty).
  • Please ensure items are returned in their original packaging and condition.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@tabletop-titan.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We'll confirm return instructions and address.
  3. Once received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 working days.

Your Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK law.
